These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the course or any other services related to Unlock Your Pelvis, operated by Flourish International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or accessing the Course or any other service (incl. free offers), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this Course or any other service from this website, you confirm that, you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and are at least 18 years old
2. Course/Service Access
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Course or any other service you purchased. Lifetime access to the Course means that the course is provided for as long as Flourish International LLC continues to operate and make the Course available. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice. Any serivce is subject to availability.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers or via bank transfer.
- Services like assessments or private sessions are non-refundable
- Any course refunds need to be claimed within the 72h after course purchase or withing the minial legal amount for refund according to local regulations in case you are outside of the US (see details below)
- In case of non-respect of the below code of conduct, the service provider reserves the right to close access to any course, service or associated community without prior notice and without any refund.
All Sales Are Final After Refund Period
Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to all materials upon purchase, we offer a limited refund window of 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 72 hours of your purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

- Failure to understand course content or lack of results
- Change of mind after accessing course materials
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of access to the course and future services. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issues fairly.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Course and Services for lawful, educational purposes only. You must not:
- Share, copy, distribute, or resell any content
- Use the Course for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
5. Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and professional environment, you agree to behave respectfully at all times when interacting with:
- The instructors
- Team members
- Other participants
- Any private community associated with the Course (social media, messaging platforms, etc.)
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful communication
- Inappropriate or unprofessional contact with the instructor or team
- Disruptive or harmful behavior within the community
6. Sexual Conduct Policy
This Course and all provided servicecs are educational and science-based. The following actions are strictly forbidden:
- Any sexual advances toward the instructors, team members, participants, or community members
- Asking non-scientific, explicit, or inappropriate sexual questions
- Sharing or transmitting any images or content depicting:
- Nudity
- Genital areas (whether fully or partially covered)
- Erect genitalia (even if covered)
- Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of access to the Course without refund.
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and in compliance with applicable laws.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Course at any time, without notice or refund, if you:
- Misuse the Course or its community
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in inappropriate behavior as outlined above
8. Intellectual Property
All Course and website content, including videos, text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Flourish International LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Privacy
