How much time do I need to invest for this course?

This is a self-paced course with 12 sessions. The course was developed to be done over a time span of 4 weeks with 2x 30 min + 1x 45 min session per week but you can choose to do it in a different pace. For best results I recommend to do at least 2 sessions per week.

Can I practice the sessions in a different order?

My recommendation is that you first practice all sessions in the given order. Afterwards feel free to come back to any sessions that you feel are the most relevant for you. In case you booked an assessment with me, I will indicate specific sessions for you to focus on.
